Remember, these are the best ways to protect your health:
1. Wash your hands often, especially after using the washroom and before you touch
food.
2. Cough into your sleeve or cover your nose and mouth with a tissue, then wash your
hands.
3. Get enough sleep, eat healthy food and exercise every day.
